Located in Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, Yunfu Port is an important inland port on the golden waterway of the the Pearl River Xijiang River, and also an important shipping node connecting Guangdong with Guangxi and the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. Relying on the high-grade waterway of Xijiang and the industrial layout of western Guangdong, Yunfu Port has developed into a comprehensive modern port integrating port logistics, modern warehousing, port related industries, and multimodal transportation. The port is located in the middle reaches of the Xijiang River, connecting Zhaoqing, Foshan, and Guangzhou to the east, and Wuzhou, Guigang, and inland areas of Guangxi to the west. It is one of the important gateways for Xijiang shipping to enter the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. In terms of land transportation, the port area is connected to a comprehensive transportation network including the Guangzhou Kunming Expressway, Shanzhan Expressway, Shencen Expressway, and Nanguang Railway, achieving coordinated transportation of waterways and highways, and providing stable and efficient logistics support for the manufacturing industry in western Guangdong and eastern Guangxi. As an important stone processing base and new material industry cluster in Guangdong, Yunfu Port focuses on serving the stone, building materials, stainless steel, new energy, new materials, modern agriculture, and equipment manufacturing industries. At the same time, it undertakes container transportation, bulk cargo, and regional logistics distribution tasks in the Xijiang River Basin. According to the development concept of "one port, multiple zones, and integration of port and industry", the port has formed a pattern of coordinated development among multiple specialized port areas. Duyanggang District (Integrated Logistics Core) Duyanggang District is the core port area for the modernization development of Yunfu Port, and also the main operating base for container transportation and comprehensive logistics. The port area has modern container berths, multi-purpose berths, and a general cargo terminal, which can undertake the transportation of containers, machinery and equipment, steel, building materials, and high value-added goods, and is equipped with modern logistics parks and warehousing facilities. Liudu Port Area Focusing on the transportation of stone, mineral products, grain, and miscellaneous goods, it is an important logistics support platform for the Yunfu stone and building materials industries. Xingang Port Area Based on the layout of industrial parks, we will focus on developing modern logistics, equipment manufacturing, and transportation of new materials industries, and actively promote the construction of bonded logistics and smart ports.
