To enter Argentine waters from west to east, it must be piloted by a Chilean pilot and landed on Rapallo Island. Ships traveling in this channel must hang the national flag of the country where the water belongs on the front mast of the ship. Working hours from 7:00 to 19:00, overtime is allowed. Port service facilities: ship repair, dry dock, small boats, towing, fresh water, supplies, repatriation, no refueling and pollution discharge. The port city has Chilean and Italian consular offices, as well as an airport. There are two docks in Hong Kong.
