JIJEL/Jijie Le# Port nature: Harbor# Longitude and latitude: 36 ° 50'N, 005 ° 47'E# Located on the northeast coast of Algeria (full name: The DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF ALGERIA), between the ports of Algiers and Annaba, on the southwest side of the Mediterranean Sea, it is a small seaport in northern Algeria. The port has a subtropical Mediterranean climate with an average annual temperature of about 25 ℃. The average annual rainfall is about 600mm. The water level in the harbor is about 0.5m, and it can reach 0.7m between March and April. There are 5 main berths in the port area, with a shoreline length of 600m and a maximum draft of 10m. The loading and unloading equipment includes shore cranes, floating cranes, and tugboats. There are also roll on/roll off berths. There are several mooring buoys in the port used to anchor large ships and load and unload them with barges. The anchorage of the large ship is at a depth of 37 meters. It does not work during holidays.
