Port Introduction

Cleveland is one of the ports in the United States, with the port code USCLE. The coordinates of Cleveland Port are located at latitude 41.49932 and longitude -81.6943605, making it an important hub for inland points in the United States. Cleveland is located on the southern shore of Lake Erie in the North Lake District of the country. The maximum draft allowed for ships entering the port is 7.93 meters. The load density of water is 1000. No tidal range. The prevailing wind direction is westward. The communication between ships and ports is carried out through the radio very high frequency 16 channel, which includes ship repair, small boats, towing, sewage discharge, repatriation, dry dock facilities, and tugboats. It can provide fresh water, food, fuel supply, and medical conditions. Anchoring facilities The outer harbor stretches about 8 kilometers along the shores of Lake Cleveland, with a width of approximately 487.68-731.52 meters and an area of approximately 526.11 hectares. The east and west breakwaters divide the port into east and west harbor pools. The outer port has two entrances from Lake Erie, with the main entrance extending outward through a dredged channel between the outer ends of two radial breakwaters. The inner port includes the dredged downstream of the Kaihoga River at 9.33 kilometers and the old river at 0.8 kilometers, formerly the Kaihoga estuary. The anchorages of Cleveland Port include: West Anchorage, East Anchorage, and Explosive Anchorage. The Dongxi anchorage is a general anchorage with a total warehouse area of 46450 square meters. There are handling facilities for container cargo at ports 20, 24, 24, 26, 28, 30, and 32. Loading and unloading facilities Cleveland Loading and Unloading Company operates 6 modern deep-sea berths in Cleveland Port, with 12077 square meters of fire-resistant warehouses and storage areas, 10.12 hectares of storage space outside, 8 mobile cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 tons, 55 forklifts with a maximum capacity of 31 tons, and a modern maintenance equipment and equipment for handling dry and fluid bulk loading. The west berth is 207.57 meters long and has an open-air fully paved storage area of 7.9 square meters. 28 protruding embankments, with a west berth length of 216.41 meters and an open-air fully paved storage area of 24154 square meters. 30 protruding embankments, with a northern berth length of 489.51 meters, a transit cargo shed of 5016 square meters, and an open-air fully paved storage area of 32515 square meters. 32 protruding embankment, with an east berth length of 217.02 meters and a transit cargo shed of 5945 square meters. The storage area of the open-air paving area is 32515 square meters. 54 protruding embankment, west berth length of 174.96 meters, transfer cargo shed of 23039 square meters, outdoor storage area of 1122 square meters, equipped with 2 fixed cranes and shovels with a lifting capacity of 3 tons. A pier, with an east berth length of 152.4 meters and a transit cargo shed of 2787 square meters. There are two bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. The C pier has an east berth length of 129.54 meters, with a storage area of 3902 square meters for open-air and fenced road surfaces. It is equipped with three 40 ton diesel electric track cranes and forklifts. 1 pier, 137.16 meters long, with an outdoor and fenced storage area of 8082 square meters. The ore terminal is 487.68 meters long and has three 17 ton unloaders capable of unloading 3500 tons per hour. The ore terminals "C" and "B" are 571.5 meters long, with a storage capacity of 1000000 tons and a storage area. There are four 17 ton unloading machines with a unloading speed of 2400 tons per hour.
