Dhekelia | Cyprus 1. Port positioning and special background De Keria Port is located on the east side of Larnaca Bay on the south coast of the island of Cyprus. Sovereignty nature: The port is located within the Dhekelia Sovereign Base Area, which is not only an important energy node in Cyprus but also a part of the British Overseas Territories. Geographic coordinates: approximately 34 ° 59 'N, 33 ° 45' E. 2. Core function: Energy supply hub DeKailia Port is not an ordinary commercial trade port in terms of logistics functions, but a highly specialized energy import terminal. Power generation support: The port directly serves the adjacent Dhekelia Power Station. This power plant is one of the most important electricity production bases on the entire island of Cyprus.
