The Port of Dayaowan is located in Dayaowan, Jinpu New District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It is the largest modern container port area in Dalian Port and one of the most important international container hub ports in Northeast China. The port area has excellent natural deep-water coastline and the advantage of being a year-round ice free port. It is a national key international deep-water transit port and an important carrier for the Dalian area of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone and Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center. After years of construction, Dayaowan Port has developed into a modern comprehensive port area integrating international container, car roll on/roll off, cold chain logistics, multimodal transport, and bonded logistics.
