Port Introduction
Adra is a city located in the province of Almeria in the autonomous region of Andalusia, Spain. It is situated on the coast of the Alboran Sea, covers an area of 90 square kilometers, and has a population of 23195 people as of 2005. Adra Port is located 27 nautical miles west of Almeria on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. The port is protected by a breakwater, but will be affected by the E'ly wind. Adra is mainly a fishing port with limited commercial transportation facilities. Load line area: summer. Maximum size: draft of 6.0m.
