Comprehensive Overview of the Port Port of Huludao (UN/LOCODE: CNHOUD) is located in the western part of Liaoning Province, on the northwest coast of Liaodong Bay in the Bohai Sea. It is a national first-class open port and one of the important coastal ports in Northeast China.
