Port Introduction

The Port of Dongxing is located in Dongxing City, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is situated on the north bank of the Beibu Gulf, at the mouth of the Beilun River, and faces the Mang Street Market in Guangning Province, Vietnam across the river. It is the only national first-class port in China that is connected to Vietnam by sea and land, and is also one of the important gateways for China to open up and cooperate with ASEAN. Dongxing Port, relying on the China ASEAN Free Trade Area, the Western Land Sea New Corridor, and the Guangxi Border Opening and Development Strategy, mainly undertakes border trade, cross-border logistics, container transportation, general cargo and import/export goods distribution and other businesses. It is an important node in Sino Vietnamese cross-border logistics. Port Area Layout Dongxing Port mainly serves the functions of port logistics and border trade, including: Comprehensive freight operation area: responsible for loading and unloading border trade goods, general cargo, and ordinary goods. Port inspection area: equipped with joint inspection facilities such as customs, border inspection, inspection and quarantine, providing one-stop customs clearance services. Cross border logistics park: providing warehousing, transit, bonded logistics, and supply chain services. Border Trade Supporting Zone: Serving border trade, cross-border e-commerce, and international logistics enterprises. Airline routes and logistics networks Dongxing Port relies on the Guangxi coastal port cluster and the Sino Vietnamese cross-border transportation system to form a logistics network covering the Southwest China and ASEAN markets. Cross border transportation: seamless connection between Beilun River Port and Mangjie Port in Vietnam is an important channel for China Vietnam land sea intermodal transportation. Coastal transportation: It can connect with the Beibu Gulf port group such as Fangcheng Port, Qinzhou Port, and Beihang Port, and connect domestic and international shipping networks. High sea intermodal transportation: relying on the Lanhai Expressway, Dongxing Expressway, and the Western Land Sea New Corridor, radiating to Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Southwest regions. International logistics: focuses on serving cross-border trade, cold chain logistics, and supply chain transportation between China and ASEAN countries. Port advantages Dongxing Port has a unique location advantage adjacent to ASEAN and is one of the most important border ports for China to access the Vietnamese and ASEAN markets. Relying on national first-class ports, the Western Land Sea New Corridor, the coordinated development of China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, and the Sino Vietnamese cross-border cooperation mechanism, ports have significant advantages in border trade, international logistics, cross-border supply chain, and regional economic cooperation, and have become an important international logistics gateway connecting China with the ASEAN market.
