Scope of Acceptance
The business cooperation between both parties must be JCtrans members and within the validity of service period; not suspended or blacklisted.
The acceptance period is within one year from the occurrence of the dispute.
Debt-related disputes can also be filed to an appeal after the dispute is accepted.
