You can pay through JC Pay or by bank transfer outside the platform. We recommend JC Pay because transfers between members are free of charge. You will not need to upload payment documents afterward; you only need to provide the main shipment reference number, such as an ocean bill of lading number.

You can create a Transaction Order for any transaction with a registered platform user, whether you are paying or receiving payment. All modes of transport are eligible.

Go to the JCtrans dashboard. You can create a Transaction Order from either Inquiry Management or Order Management.

To keep credibility data accurate and fair, the platform requires supporting information to verify that a transaction took place.

If you pay through JC Pay, you only need to provide the main shipment reference number, such as an ocean bill of lading number.

If you pay by bank transfer, you need to upload proof of payment and a shipping document, such as an ocean bill of lading. If your company name does not appear on the bill of lading, you must also upload an invoice.

Only aggregate figures, such as transaction count and value, will be displayed. We will not disclose individual transaction details or customer information.
