From July 30 to August 1, the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2026 (VILOG) concluded at the SECC in Ho Chi Minh City. The JCtrans joint exhibition delegation participated in the event in Vietnam, holding a large number of face-to-face business meetings and visiting local logistics companies over the three days.
This was more than simply attending an exhibition. It was another step by JCtrans in helping member companies turn connections into business.
Active Booth Engagement and Targeted Business Connections
At VILOG 2026, the JCtrans joint exhibition area was located in a prime position in the main exhibition hall, with a consistent brand presentation and professional booth design.
Compared with exhibiting independently, the JCtrans joint exhibition model helps lower the barriers to entering overseas markets and improve the efficiency of business connections. For many logistics companies entering the Vietnamese market for the first time, exhibiting independently involves considerable booth fees, booth construction costs, preparation of promotional materials, and staffing. By joining the JCtrans exhibition delegation, companies can focus on their business capabilities and meeting potential partners while sharing meeting space within the jointly organized exhibition area, connecting with global partners, and gaining brand exposure.

Throughout the three-day exhibition, the JCtrans exhibition area remained busy with business meetings. Several participating company representatives said: “We always felt that there were many opportunities in the Vietnamese market, but once we arrived, we realized that information was fragmented, customers were difficult to identify, and we were unfamiliar with local partners. Coming here together with JCtrans gave us both brand support and access to platform resources, making the process much more efficient than approaching the market on our own.”
This is also why JCtrans organizes joint exhibitions—not only to help companies take part in exhibitions, but also to help them achieve business results.
Building Business Connections and Supporting Brand Exposure Through Media
Exhibitions are not only a channel for business connections, but also an opportunity for companies to present themselves.
During VILOG 2026, JCtrans used its media resources and industry reach to provide several participating companies with on-site interview and brand promotion opportunities.

At the exhibition, JCtrans interviewed representatives from several participating companies, who shared their business strengths, plans for the Vietnamese market, and views on logistics trends in Southeast Asia.
Visiting Local Logistics Operations in Vietnam
Beyond the exhibition, JCtrans also organized visits for participating companies to several local logistics companies in Vietnam.

During the visits, participants gained firsthand insight into local port operating procedures, customs clearance practices, warehousing and distribution networks, as well as how local logistics companies manage fleets, last-mile delivery, bonded warehouse operations, and other day-to-day activities.
The trip marked another practical step by JCtrans in bringing member companies into the Southeast Asian market.
The exhibition has ended, but cooperation is only beginning. Many companies exchanged business cards at the exhibition and established initial trust during the company visits. The inquiries, quotes, trial shipments, and long-term cooperation that follow are what ultimately turn these initial connections into business.
JCtrans continues to provide support throughout this process.
