Our History VITOUR TIRES was founded in 2004,but our business experiences in tire industry extend to more than ten years ago. Our mission is to design, manufacture and deliver a comprehensive line of high-quality tires, with a special focus on the work-tire segment of the industry. Our Factory Founded in 2004, covering 600,000 square meters, with 2800 staff, SHANDONG ZHONGYI RUBBER CO., LTD has developed into a comprehensive professional enterprise and R&D center of producing high performance PCR, steel cord and conveyor belt. ZHONGYI is equipped with world class equipment,such as Italy Rudolph calender, Japanese GOD mixing machine, Germany Troester extruding line, U.S.A Akron uniformity and dynamic balancing machine to make sure quality and most complete quality control system. PCR annual production capacity is 18 million and conveyor belt 25 million square meters. New TBR plant will be launched in 2018. High standards and strict control lead to good quality products. ZHONGYI has been awarded ISO/IS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO17025-- the standard for laboratory. Tires comply with DOT, E-MARK, ECE R117, GCC, INMETRO, BIS and SNI.
