CLOSED JOINT STOCK COMPANY INTERTRANS

Transport and forwarding company Intertrans was founded in October 1992. Later on it was renamed into State Transportation and Forwarding Company “Intertrans”. The Company was founded by the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine. The Company was a part of the State Railway Administration of Ukraine. In June 2004 pursuant to the decree of the minister of transport of Ukraine the Company was restructured into the Close End Joint Stock Co. Intertrans. Close End Joint Stock Co. Intertrans is a member of the Ukrainian Association of International Forwarders, a member of the International Federation of International Associations of Forwarders and the member of AsMAP of Ukraine. Core operation of the Company is transportation and forwarding services of transit, internal and export/import railway, automobile and other freights in Ukraine, CIS countries, Europe and Asia. The Company has experience of operation its own and leased railway transport facilities and is duly licensed by License AA No. 217102 issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine to provide railway transportation services. Close End Joint Stock Co. Intertrans processes declarations of transit freights and centralized payments for ecological, veterinary, phytosanitary and other inspections required by the Ukrainian legislation at border crossings. Close End Joint Stock Co. Intertrans has affiliations at all significant railway terminals and in all Railway Administrations of industrial cities of Ukraine, namely in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odessa, Kharkov, Kiev, Lvov and also in Chop. Starting from 2004 Close End Joint Stock Co. Intertrans offers services of placement of advertisements on the Ukrainian railway transport using its own and leased advertising facilities. After audit of the quality control system, Close End Joint Stock Co. Intertrans was granted Quality Control Certificate registered with the Register of Certificates UkrSEPRO on Oct. 22, 2004, reg. No. UA 2.003.1300.
