ONSITE is the official contractor for Logistics, Rigging and Audiovisuals at the DECC - Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre and supplies services for exhibitors, organizers and third clients for all events taking place in the venue. ONSITE offers a complete service in an Integrated Logistic and Event Management Solution: International Air, Sea & Land Freight Forwarding and Customs clearance. Warehousing, Uncrating and delivery of goods to stand. Temporary storage of packing material, re-packing & re-export customs. Event Marshalling (traffic control, logistics operations and onsite personell management). Rigging, spotlights and canvas installation, engineer studies. Audio-Visual installation and equipment rental and creative design is carried out through our AV branch Fluge AV Middle East. We also offer our services in other facilities in Doha, like QNCC, Sheraton and other main venues in Qatar. ONSITE offers international Sea, Air and Land freight services throughout the main air carriers (Qatar Airways, KLM, British Airways, MEA & Cargo Lux) and Shipping companies (CMA, CGM, MSC, United Shipping, Maersk & Hapag Lloyd), to and from Doha. In agreement with our agents worldwide organises FCL shipments to Doha to consolidate with other exhibitors and give our clients the best transportation costs. We provide import, export & temporary Customs Clearance for trade shows through our customs agents in Doha’s port and airport. We advise customers on the best way to import their goods by tax code and offer the possibility to present the warrant on behalf of the customer on temporary imports.
