Indenting Services Customs Clearance Imports / Exports / Logistics Services Imports: Prior Documentation: As soon as vance set of documents received, the documentation process starts with respect to classification of items for possible benefit to the Customer with reference to various Customs Notifications / exemptions etc., are being examined by a team of experts at CV. Pre-Alert Message: After necessary formalities are completed, the Customer is informed about the “ Customs Duty” and other statutory payments ( if any) . The customers can plan disbursement of goods and logistics, even before the arrival of shipment at Godown / Factory. Exports: Cargo Pick Up: The freight forwarding cycle begins with cargo pick up from the Vendor’ s factory. The cargo is then transported to warehouse near the port of loading by train or truck, depending on factors like volume of cargo shipping deadlines and other parameters. The local State and Central Octroi / Transportation and other formalities like and others are adequately covered. Verification/ Measurement of Cargo: When the cargo from vendor’ s factory reaches the warehouse, it is first measured and weighted by authorized surveyors. The size of the container is decided based on the survey report. The customer is then intimated about verification details. Pre-Alert Message: After necessary formalities are completed at customs & port and the container is loaded on the vessel, we send a message along with the necessary shipping documents.
