Approach

We delivered a hands-on, end-to-end freight management solution, centralising project coordination with specialist forwarders experienced in high-risk, large-scale logistics. Every freight type, from general cargo to abnormal loads and heavy lifts, was managed across multiple sites and stages of fabrication. Flexible, multi-stage planning allowed partially completed modules to be integrated into larger assemblies seamlessly. Safety and compliance were embedded at every step, ensuring operations ran smoothly and without incident. A major offshore operator had suffered a costly logistics failure when electrical cabinets were left outside a shipyard in South Korea by a previous supplier, resulting in $10 million of losses. To prevent a repeat, we were appointed as Lead Logistics Provider for three offshore platforms destined for the Gulf of Mexico.
