Marga Karya Lestari Indonesia known as Makindo Logistics is an International Freight Forwarder with energetic, capable and experience in shipping, forwarding and consolidation industry and who is still rendering best service with high reputation. In Expanding our business, we would like to build a mutual cooperation with your esteem company for handling our shipment from your side to Indonesia v.v. In the meantime please allow us to inform our major standard terms condition of cooperation with our overseas partners for your kind consideration : 1. 50/50 profit share on ocean/air freight for joint sales, nomination cargo. 2. supplied rate, ex-work and door charges must be at net-net cost. 3. Monthly settlement on accounting matter, unless for the total monthly statement of account less than USD 500.00 (United State/Five Hundred) in order to avoid bank charges in both side. It can be considered to the next month account balance, but it would kept as long as 60 days and the payment must made by T/T draft. 4. We provide our overseas partners a rebate USD 30.00/document for your shipment going to Jakarta consigned to our company for both LCL and FCL shipment. 5. We also provide a rebate for consolidation shipment as below detail : Option A Rebate : USD 155.00/cbm without B/L condition Local Charges : USD 90/set + USD 20/cbm (min 2) W/h charges : USD 120/cbm (min 2) Storage : USD 0.40/cbm/days (in case of consignee does not release the cargo) Option B Rebate : USD 170.00/cbm without B/L condition Local Charges : USD 90/set + USD 20/cbm (min 2) W/h charges : USD 135/cbm (min 2) Storage : USD 0.40/cbm/days (in case of consignee does not release the cargo) Please kindly study and confirm your acceptance by return message.
