The outer port is located within a cape extending northward, with a winding embankment extending almost parallel to the cape from the land shore. There are two berths on each side of the top of the embankment, with two berths on the east side each measuring 240 meters long and with a water depth of 7.6-8.7 meters. It is used for loading mineral sand and bulk grain, and the transportation capacity of the mineral sand berth is 250 tons per hour; The two berths on the west side are used for loading and unloading general cargo.
