Port Introduction
Argentine river port. Outside is the northwest of the mouth of the La Plata River in the eastern part of the country, using the West 4 standard. The maximum draft is 8.20 meters. Ships without a quarantine permit must send a telegram to the agent in Buenos Aires in advance, so that doctors and health inspectors can be arranged to board and inspect the ship upon arrival in Campana. Oil tankers can only enter the port after unloading at the anchorage of the Plate River. Before reducing the load, it is necessary to obtain a quarantine permit, one for the oil tanker and one for the barge, and submit them upon arrival in Campana. All crew members are not allowed to disembark until they obtain a quarantine permit. Please refer to Blanca Port during port holidays. Working hours are from 06:00 to 18:00, from 18:00 to 6:00 the next day, and overtime is allowed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays. There is an Italian consulate in the port city, and there are facilities and services such as ship repair, refueling, medical treatment, towing, freshwater supply, repatriation, etc. There are no dry docks, small boats, or sewage facilities in the port. There are several berths for general cargo and bulk cargo: DALMINE Terminal, a private terminal belonging to DALMINE SIDTRCA, with a concrete structure and a shoreline of 185 meters. The front water depth is relatively deep, and it is a specialized terminal for unloading iron ore. It has a complete set of modern loading and unloading equipment and storage yards, with a unloading speed of 400 tons per hour. YPE dock, 70 meters long, wooden structure, for unloading paper raw materials. National dock, concrete structure, 116 meters long. The seamless steel pipes and other goods generated by DALMINE are shipped out from here. There are four oil tanker berths, numbered from E to H, all of which are terminals of ESSO company. The E dock has a water depth of 7.6 meters and mainly outputs various refined refined oil products. The F terminal mainly inputs crude oil and outputs lubricating oil. G dock has a water depth of 4.3 meters and is a dock for unloading crude oil from barges or small oil tankers. The H dock has a water depth of 12 meters and is used for unloading crude oil and transporting oil residue. It is equipped with a conveyor belt and has a conveying capacity of 250 tons per hour.
