On April 16, Taiwan-based Evergreen Marine officially launched its new VTS shipping route, which will be one of the fastest direct sea routes from South China to Sihanoukville, Laem Chabang, and Batam Island. Departing from Shekou, the route can reach Sihanoukville in just five days, showcasing exceptional speed and efficiency.
According to DynaLiners' report, the new route will be operated by two 2,000 TEU container vessels.
The VTS maiden voyage will depart from Shekou and Nansha, calling at Sihanoukville, Laem Chabang, Singapore, and Batam Island before arriving at Port Klang West Port, then returning to Shekou.
