In accordance with the laws and regulations of relevant countries, we hereby issue a risk warning for the following types of business activities. We notify JC trans members to be aware of the following activities that may violate relevant laws and customs regulations. The Platform prohibits these activities conducted by the members, and will not intervene in disputes related to such activities, and they are not covered under the platform's financial protection.
The types of prohibited activities include, but not limited to:
- Export business without true documents
- Double clearance with tax/duty all in business
- Low declaration of cargo value
- False declaration of goods' HS code
- Providing false invoices for the purpose of tax evasion
- Repackaging goods for conceal the origin
Furthermore, any promise made to clients regarding
all-inclusive amounts that include customs duties and VAT, promises to exempt regulatory
documents for commissions, prohibited import and export goods, and promises to use irregular methods for customs clearance, are prohibited.
The above mentioned activities and behaviors are
suspected of violating relevant laws and regulations. Falsely declaring information to customs, using various methods to reduce cargo value and evade taxes, and promising all-inclusive tax packages bear significant risks. The legal and business risks associated with such activities are to be borne by the business partners involved.
