From November 15 to 18, the 22nd Global Freight Forwarders Conference organized by JCtrans will be held at Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou, China. More than 2,000 representatives from international logistics companies across over 100 countries and regions are expected to attend. Through face-to-face discussions and targeted business matching, participants will be able to build trust, explore cooperation opportunities and develop new business relationships across the international logistics industry.

In April this year, more than 4,200 logistics professionals from countries and regions around the world gathered in Thailand, where they held active discussions and established new business relationships. Many of these connections continued beyond the conference. After the event, some companies began working together on new trade lanes, some expanded their regional agency networks, and others secured their first cross-border business deals. The conference ended, but the cooperation continued. This is why the twice-yearly Global Freight Forwarders Conference has become part of the annual plans of many logistics companies.

As the global trade environment continues to change, companies are paying increasing attention to a practical question: how can they find reliable business partners more efficiently? Growth is not only about finding more opportunities, but also about building relationships within a strong network of reliable partners. Following the successful conference held in Thailand this April, the second Global Freight Forwarders Conference of 2026 will take place in Guangzhou.

Finding clients, expanding into new markets, exploring regional opportunities and planning the next stage of business development—different goals come together here, while meaningful cooperation often begins with a face-to-face meeting.

Turn One Conference into the Start of Long-Term Cooperation

Logistics has always been an industry built on trust.

An exchange of emails or an online meeting may establish an initial understanding, but moving toward actual cooperation often requires face-to-face communication.

The purpose of the conference is to create more opportunities for cooperation within a limited time.

This conference is expected to attract more than 2,000 representatives from logistics companies around the world. Through a more efficient business-matching format, companies can find suitable partners more quickly, strengthen mutual trust and turn an initial discussion into a genuine cooperation opportunity.

Pre-Event Activities: Connect with Opportunities Before the Conference Begins

In addition to the main conference program, the Guangzhou conference will also offer the following pre-event activities:

Spotlight Series- Africa (Extra Fee)

14:00–15:30

Explore emerging opportunities in Africa and connect with potential partners worldwide.

The session will bring together logistics agents from a range of African countries. Discussions will cover market trends, customs clearance, local delivery and cooperation opportunities, helping companies quickly gain a better understanding of the African logistics market and develop more cross-border business opportunities.

Partner Synergy Session -New Energy Products (Extra Fee)

16:00–17:30

Focus on new energy logistics and explore new growth opportunities.

Designed for business decision-makers involved in new energy logistics, the session will focus on cross-border transportation, partner matching, industry resource sharing and the exchange of practical experience. It will connect participants with relevant business partners and identify potential areas for cooperation and business growth in the new energy logistics sector.

Separate registration is required for both sessions. Each session is limited to 30 seats, with no more than two companies from each country and one seat per company or corporate group.

For many companies, the most valuable discussions often begin outside the formal conference program. Pre-event activities are not simply about arriving early—they allow participants to begin meeting potential partners before the main conference program starts.

Put Your Brand at the Center of Global Cooperation

Some companies attend the conference to find partners, while others place equal importance on increasing their visibility among potential partners. The four-day conference provides opportunities not only to find business partners, but also to showcase a company’s capabilities.

The conference offers a range of dedicated booth options, from standard booths to 36 m² branded exhibition areas. These dedicated spaces provide a venue for meeting potential partners while also increasing your company’s visibility among them.

Sponsorship opportunities for the conference are also now available. Naming rights sponsorship, exclusive sponsorship and a range of advertising placements will provide sustained, targeted exposure among more than 2,000 logistics decision-makers.

We recommend securing your preferred booth or advertising placement as early as possible, so that more potential partners can see your brand from the outset.

More companies are recognizing that attending once may lead to new clients, while continued participation can help them become part of a stable, long-term cooperation network.

Long-term business relationships do not necessarily begin with a signed contract, but they often begin with a meaningful face-to-face meeting.

For many years, JCtrans has continued to connect logistics companies around the world, helping connections develop into trust and helping trust lead to cooperation. Each conference may come to an end, but new cooperation is only just beginning.
