The import license aren't ready before importing (Oversize products)
There was the import shipment from China under DDU or DAP term. But the oversea customer didn't have let us know the contact person here before loading goods at origin,
Then we couldn't contact the importer before issue the complete NSW license. Once the shipment was arrived, the importer have to wait the completed license from govt dept.
It caused the extra fee for storage fee at destination 5days or about $200 per day. Because the goods was the special equipment (Flat rack container)
Including these products have to loads goods alongside the vessel.
So the import process there are many steps have to prepare, It should let us know the contact person here before ship the goods out from origin port better, To avoid any the extra fee for everyone.
