A large E-commerce supplier in China required a fast, fully managed DDP solution to the United Kingdom. The shipment included consumer goods with strict delivery deadlines and required complete handling, including export coordination, air freight, UK customs clearance, bonded warehousing, and final delivery to Amazon FBA.

Client Challenge

Mercium coordinated directly with the factory team in Shenzhen and arranged export clearance, airport handling, and fast uplift into London Heathrow. Once arrived, we collected the cargo immediately to avoid airline storage and transferred it into our bonded warehouse.

At the warehouse, our operations team completed:

• Relabelling for Amazon requirements
• Repacking and SKU verification
• FBA compliant documentation
• Timed booking for final delivery

Customs was completed under our deferment account, avoiding delays and allowing the shipment to move smoothly into our facility.

Final Execution

The shipment was delivered to the Amazon fulfilment centre on the first available booking slot. All operational steps were completed within the required timeline, with full status updates shared with the customer and the China agent throughout the process.

The customer achieved a fully compliant, end-to-end DDP solution with no delays, no additional charges, and complete visibility from factory to Amazon. Following the success of this shipment, the customer assigned Mercium as their preferred partner for all UK-bound air freight and FBA deliveries.
