Fred Ramos, Director of Imports, has also devoted many years to this industry and is knowledgeable and proficient in all related areas. Our professional staff continues to grow in order to render better service to our expanding customer base through teamwork, initiative and extraordinary attention to detail. LOCATION: Mann International Services, Inc. is strategically positioned to handle any cargo requirements. Located at Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport, our office is housed in a 10,000 square foot warehouse at a major air cargo handling facility. Our import department files all customs entries electronically through the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) in order to receive immediate electronic releases from both Customs and the FDA. Automated Clearing House technology allows us to make electronic duty payments to U.S. Customs and positions us for remote entry filing. EDI/electronic invoicing capabilities will be our next objective. Our export department was recently enhanced by software and hardware that enables the electronic submission of your export data to the Automated Export System (AES).
