Union Logistics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as City Union) was formed since 1993 with a registered capital of RMB 5.5 million. As a class A international freight forwarder, City Union is one of the earliest NVOCC approved by Ministry of Communications of the PRC（MOC-NV00042） and be authorized by Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) to perform NVOCC business in the USA.
