In March of 1992, Andre Goguen founded Action Customs Services Inc., a "Custom Brokerage House" catering to a very specific type of clientele. Realizing the ever growing need of clients to have a personalized and an "above and beyond" service approach, the company very quickly succeeded in building up a client base that understood and appreciated the value of SERVICE. As the business grew, we realized that customers had yet another important need; they wanted one "One Stop Shopping". As a result, in October 1993, AGO Transportation was born (Air, Ground, Ocean), offering a complete package of transportation services to satisfy both domestic and international clients alike. Our EDI capabilities with Canada Border Services Agency allow us the ability to provide customs release services in and around every major city and border crossing across Canada. Our alliances with United Shipping, APLN and World Net have allowed us the opportunity to compete on a more equal footing with some of the larger forwarders, while still being able to offer the personalized service that we have prided ourselves upon since the start. Furthermore, our extensive computer interlink data base with all Canadian trucking companies, allows us to provide expedited ground transportation virtually anywhere in North America. Our companies' philosophy is centered on the commitment to our clients for service excellence, and our dedication to this commitment has contributed to our continued growth over the years.
