Shipped a full new energy automation production line from Shenzhen and Shanghai to Thailand under DAP terms for a leading EV manufacturer's Thailand plant.

The project was executed across Chinese New Year, involving 90+ containers, including 30+ FR/OT units, with high coordination and capacity pressure.

Our scope covered pre-export planning, container optimization, space securing, multi-batch execution, customs clearance, and destination delivery coordination.

Through mixed container solutions (HC + FR/OT), we reduced 3 x 40'FR units, saving approx. USD 10,000 in ocean freight costs.

All batches were shipped on schedule with zero delay, and customs clearance was completed smoothly with no HS disputes or demurrage/detention.

Handled an urgent EXW import shipment from the Philippines to Shenzhen, followed by CIF re-export to Dublin, for seasonal Halloween goods with a non-negotiable delivery window.

The shipper had no import license or customs registration in China and required a compliant solution to complete import-transit-re-export within a very tight schedule.

We provided direct import clearance using a dual-entity structure, completed document pre-check before vessel arrival, and finalized import declaration, duty payment, release, and container pickup within 4 hours after discharge.

Re-export vessel space from Shenzhen to Dublin was secured in advance. The container was reloaded and re-exported immediately after import clearance, achieving zero delay between import and outbound shipment.

The solution reduced import-related costs by approx. USD 2,000 compared with third-party proxy models and ensured on-time delivery for the seasonal sales window.

Handled a used vehicle export project from China to Poland for a Czech buyer with no local office or operational presence in China.

Our scope covered full China-side execution, including coordination with multiple used-car suppliers, vehicle pickup, consolidation at port warehouse, container stuffing, ocean booking, and export customs clearance from Shenzhen.

To ensure trade and payment compliance, we signed the sales contract directly with the overseas buyer, received vehicle payments into our designated China account, and distributed funds to individual car suppliers according to contract terms, enabling controlled and transparent settlement.

We also prepared Used Vehicle Appraisal Reports and successfully applied for the Export License of the People's Republic of China, ensuring the shipment complied with all regulatory requirements for used vehicle export.

The project enabled the overseas buyer to complete sourcing, compliance, and shipment execution in China without establishing a local entity, while maintaining full control over cargo, documentation, and payment flow.
