Flat Rack Container Transport to the USA

We successfully managed the transport of 9 flat rack containers with cargo destined for a client in North Carolina, USA. The project required precise planning, specialized handling, and strict safety measures due to the oversized nature of the shipment.

Our approach:

Cargo Handling: We collected the tanks from the client and, in cooperation with our trusted partner CargoLift in Gdansk, managed reloading and secure mounting on 40' flat rack containers.

Ocean Freight: The cargo was carefully prepared for maritime transport, where flat rack shipments typically involve higher freight rates and require extra care.

Port Operations: Loading and unloading required specialized equipment and precise coordination at both the port and warehouse stages.

Final Delivery: We handled all requirements for the first and last mile, including special road permits, pilot escorts, and route planning to ensure safe delivery to the client.

The challenge: Flat rack transport demands accurate cargo measurements and robust securing methods to prevent movement during sea transport. The uncovered nature of the cargo also required additional weather protection and careful documentation to meet international regulations.

The result: All containers arrived safely and on time in North Carolina, meeting the client's expectations and demonstrating our expertise in handling complex, oversized global shipments.

Intermodal Transport Between Italy and Poland

In our recent project, we implemented a road-rail intermodal transport solution on the Italy to Poland route, meeting our client key goal: reducing transportation costs while maintaining safety and delivery regularity over a long-distance supply chain.

Our approach:

Needs Analysis: The client required a cost-efficient solution without compromising the security of high-value goods.

Transport Strategy: We designed a tailored intermodal model combining the efficiency of rail with the flexibility of road transport.

Regular Operations: We launched regular weekly shipments from Italy to Lodz (PL), ensuring consistent delivery performance.

The challenge: Balancing cost optimization with strict safety standards and on time delivery required precise scheduling, operational coordination, and careful cargo protection.

The solution: We chose single container transport (45 ft) and swap body containers to ensure maximum cargo safety and efficient side loading where needed.

The result: We now handle 4 to 5 weekly shipments for a client who had not previously considered intermodal logistics proving that efficiency and safety can go hand in hand in modern supply chains.

Oversized Delivery of 14 Cranes to Ukraine

We successfully carried out the transshipment and heavy transport of 14 cranes, each weighing 9 tons and measuring 45 CBM, crucial for rebuilding Ukraine civil infrastructure. For us, it was more than just a delivery. It was a logistics mission with purpose.

Our approach:

1) Planning: Comprehensive preparation for the safe transport of high-value, strategic cargo.

2) Transport: Specialized heavy haulage coordinated across Germany, Poland, and into Ukraine.

3) Delivery: On-the-ground logistics ensured smooth final delivery to Lviv and Kyiv.

4) Formalities: Full support with documentation, permits, customs clearance, and escort arrangements.

The challenge: Delivering high-value equipment through complex operational conditions required precision planning, continuous coordination with local partners, and strict security measures.

The result: All cranes arrived on time. This successful project not only met critical infrastructure needs but also helped us build new partnerships with Ukrainian clients.
