Multimodal Transport of 22 Vehicles from Poland to the Aegean
Marinair Cargo Services successfully completed a demanding multimodal transport of 22 official-use vehicles from Warsaw, Poland to the Eastern Aegean islands of Lesbos, Chios, Samos, and Kos.
The project took place during peak summer season, with extremely limited ferry capacity and strict delivery schedules. Our team organized FTL trucking from Warsaw to Piraeus, coordinated ferry connections under tight timelines, and combined mixed loading methods using trailers and driven units.
Through continuous cross-border communication and precise planning, we ensured safe and on-time delivery to all final destinations.
This project showcases Marinair's capability to manage complex multimodal operations under pressure, guaranteeing reliability, flexibility, and operational excellence from origin to destination.

Project Cargo: 14,760 kg Stone Church from Greece to Australia
Marinair Cargo Services successfully managed the transport of a 14,760 kg stone-built church from Thessaloniki, Greece to Sydney, Australia. The cargo was loaded on a 20 Flat Rack container and required special lifting, lashing and securing procedures due to its weight and structure.
Our team performed a full loading study, checking balance, center of gravity and securing points. The structure was secured with heavy-duty chains, belts, wooden supports and anti-slip mats to ensure stability throughout the sea voyage.
Marinair coordinated customs clearance, terminal handling and international partner communication, ensuring a safe and smooth delivery.
