DHL in Estonia is providing customers with total express logistics and freight solutions from a single source. In 2003 DHL and Danzas integration process was started. We are pleased to announce that on the 20th of December, 2004, our merger process was completed and from then on the merged enterprises DHL International Eesti AS and Danzas AS have been operating under a new, joint name. The new name of the enterprise established as a result of the merger is DHL Estonia AS (Commercial register code: 10451175, legal address: Betooni 6, 11415 Tallinn). In the merged enterprise capacity, we can offer our clients top quality transport and logistics services. The compliance of the quality and environmental management system of DHL Estonia AS with the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 requirements was confirmed by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance on the 15th of December, 2004.
