The conference officially kicked off at 10:00 a.m. on the morning of June 24.

He highlighted that the value of the Middle East logistics market has reached USD 27.8 billion and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 7.1% over the next five years, reaching USD 39.2 billion. This growth underscores the region's immense potential and promising outlook.
Leon emphasized JCtrans's mission and vision—to help global logistics enterprises achieve sustainable profitability and to " become the most trustworthy international logistics trading platform". Through the platform, JCtrans aims to create cooperation opportunities for every member company and drive greater collective value. He reaffirmed the organization's commitment to integrity and its dedication to working hand-in-hand with global partners to shape a brighter future for the logistics industry.
In the following presentation session, JCtrans key business leaders—Ms. Crystal Zheng, Mr. Zuo Cai Wei, Mr. Yorick Zhu, and Ms. Alice Zhang—delivered in-depth insights on key topics including business opportunity matchmaking, risk management, payment solutions, and brand development. Their engaging speeches showcased the core products, services, and innovative practices of the JCtrans platform, while real-world cases and data provided valuable industry insights and practical solutions for attendees.
For many years, JCtrans has remained committed to delivering core value to global freight forwarding companies—connecting opportunities, driving global logistics growth, and building the most trusted platform for freight forwarders worldwide.
Crystal Zheng, Senior Vice President of JCtrans Membership and Event, stated that JCtrans currently serves over 11,000 paid members across 179 countries, with an impressive 86% annual renewal rate and over 3,000 new members joining each year. These figures highlight the strong trust and support the platform enjoys from its members and partners.
JCtrans' membership program delivers four core values: business opportunity, risk protection, marketing and promotion, reducing cost and boosting efficiency. In terms of business opportunity, the platform enables 2.2 million business opportunity matching every year. Its newly upgraded intelligent inquiry system matches cargo inquiries to members based on their strengths and uses AI recommendations to connect them with potential partners—generating over 14,000 matches per month. New inquiry hit list rewarding active members encourages engagement by rewarding active members and promoting deal flow.
Additionally, JCtrans offers a comprehensive company directory where members can instantly search more than 340,000 registered freight forwarding companies, including 11,000 paid members and 25,000 paying users. We have upgraded digital member store, and we suggest members to decorate their stores by uploading company video, profile, certificates, case studie. Within the store, users can send one-on-one inquiries and receive leads aligned with their business advantages. These service tags can be endorsed by peers, and you can evaluate their business advantages based on the data of likes when looking for agents. The platform has also launched a customer management feature to help members more efficiently develop customers and enhance marketing efforts.
Crystal Zheng emphasized that JCtrans serves as an excellent platform for exploring millions of opportunities for your business growth. “Real Service, Real Business” is the company’s firm commitment to its members.
JCtrans has demonstrated significant achievements in risk control. Over the past year, the platform has helped member companies avoid more than 2,200 potential risks, achieved an 84% dispute resolution success rate, and recovered approximately USD 18.5 million in losses for its members.
Zuocai Wei, Senior Specialist of Cooperation Risk Protection, explained that the platform has actively expanded its risk management team, optimized its organizational structure, and implemented a tiered case-handling system. For key cases or VIP members, one-on-one customer success support is provided. In addition, JCtrans has released the Member Guidelines 1.0, which clearly clarifies trading rules, judging standards and legal basis to reduce communication costs and misunderstandings during dispute resolution.
JCtrans also leverages data and the module analysis to offer members real-time 24/7 smart alerts, helping them identify and avoid potential threats in a timely manner. To address trust issues in initial transactions, the platform has introduced a Credit Assurance Order service to enhance transaction security and reduce cooperation risks. Looking ahead, JCtrans plans to recruit more international maritime and logistics experts to strengthen the professionalism and authority of its risk control and dispute resolution efforts.
Zuocai Wei expressed his gratitude for the support and participation of all attendees and looked forward to continued progress in JCtrans' risk management capabilities.
Once a reliable partner is found, payment becomes another major challenge for freight forwarders. This is especially true in the Middle East, where forwarders often face low payment efficiency, frequent bank investigations, and high banking fees. To address these issues and help freight forwarders reduce costs and improve efficiency, JCtrans has launched JC Pay—a dedicated payment tool tailored for the logistics industry.
According to Yorick Zhu, Head of office of the CEO, the JC Pay payment tool offers three key advantages: first, efficiency—transactions are processed instantly; second, security—funds are transferred directly into the recipient’s JC Pay account, ensuring secure transactions; and third, zero fees—helping members save significant bank charges. To date, JC Pay has served over 3,000 members, with an annual transaction volume reaching USD 400 million, saving members tens of millions of dollars in banking fees. He shared a successful example: CARGO PRO GROUP saved over USD 1,500 using JC Pay—enough to cover the company’s annual membership fee.
Next, JCtrans plans to launch the JC Verified certification service to address trust issues in cross-border cooperation. The platform aims for JC Pay and the upcoming JC Verified service to deliver greater value to members by enhancing cooperation efficiency and building trust.
In recent years, JCtrans has been actively expanding its global brand presence, with offline conferences held in more countries and participation in international logistics exhibitions alongside its members.
In her speech, Alice Zhang, Head of office of the CEO, focused on the company's global expansion and the continuous upgrade of member services. She shared several exciting updates with attendees: the reservation system for the 2025 Shanghai Global Freight Forwarders Conference is now open; arrangements for the 2026 Thailand conference have been confirmed; and JCtrans will also participate in India’s largest logistics exhibition.
Alice Zhang noted that, in response to member feedback, JCtrans has implemented the following improvements to its conference system and member store pages:
1.Launch a Booth Reservation Function to address challenges related to complex communication and lack of visual booking options. Members can now browse and book booths in real-time with just one click.
2.Optimizie the store display effect to showcase company videos and service scopes, helping members quickly understand potential partners' service capabilities and enhance cooperation efficiency.
Additionally, JCtrans has upgraded its member services by adding exclusive training sessions, analytical reports, and quarterly business reviews to support members in leveraging the platform more effectively.
JCtrans remains committed to delivering real services and creating real business opportunities—working hand-in-hand with its members to shape a brighter future.
As one of the core segments of the conference, the one-on-one business meetings offered participants a valuable opportunity for direct communication and collaboration. JCtrans thoughtfully arranged dedicated meeting areas, enabling attendees to quickly identify potential partners and engage in in-depth discussions. Through face-to-face interactions, many companies reached initial cooperation agreements, laying a solid foundation for future business development.
As night fell, guests took their seats one after another, and with the host's enthusiastic opening remarks, the JCtrans Dubai Conference Gala Dinner officially commenced.
