In 1994 at the age of 17, his son Russell joined the company and both father and son embarked on a journey to build what is a well-respected family freight forwarder. The head office of UFL is based in Witham, Essex in the UK and employs over thirty staff. UFL owns a 50,000sqft warehouse located in a 1.5 acre fully gated site, operating 15 hours per day.
