Charterlink worldwide Freight & Logistics were formed in 2009 and have extensive knowledge and experience of the customs, warehousing and the transport sector throughout the UK and Europe. Our head office in Ipswich which is very close to the Port of Felixstowe has a 25000 Sqft fully bonded warehouse with racking for storage and specialized lifting equipment for heavy goods. We are fully conversant with handling for the large distribution centres such as Amazon and Boots and are able to store, pick and distribute to their strict requirements. We also linked into the Amazon computer system and are able arrange appointments and onward delivery. We run a modern fleet of our own vehicles ranging from 44 tonne articulated vehicles down to a 7.5 tonner. We offer container deliveries and also deliveries of pallets | groupage consignments on curtainsided vehicles. We are able to unpack containers when needed and split into individual consignments or deliver as full loads using curtain sided trucks. We also have flatbeds and specialist vehicles for delivering steel tubes or cargo that needs a crane lift on discharge.We also have a highly experienced customs entry team with over 50 years working knowledge between us. We are able to handle most documentation both import and export and look after all your customs needs.We also have an office in Yorkshire handling seafreight enquiries and worldwide shipping, our extensive knowledge and competitive rates with the shipping lines us to book freight in a cost effective manner and arrange priority shipping.
