In 2003, the international freight forwarding industry was still struggling through piles of fax paper and tangled phone lines, with the global logistics network fragmented into countless isolated islands.


A crisis of trust in cross-ocean cooperation was choking the lifeline of the industry.


It was in this very year that a Chinese brand, “JCtrans,” was born — quietly planting the seed of an industry revolution.


The “JCtrans” brand adopted orange as its primary color, vibrant like the rising sun, symbolizing a digital-driven, efficient connection across international freight chains.


At the same time, the letter “T” paired with a star forms a “reliable beacon,” representing JCtrans’ brand promise to be trustworthy, safe, and dependable for international freight forwarders.


The core goal of creating the “JCtrans” brand was to use a “brand symbol” to promote a consensus for cooperation among international freight forwarders.


By acting as a third-party “symbol of trust,” it would provide an identity stamp for cooperation, enabling companies displaying this symbol to naturally form an alliance of shared values.

Quietly Growing Roots


For its first 17 years, the JCtrans brand was like a Roman courier station stamp along ancient trade routes — gradually earning spiritual recognition among a niche group.


However, it never truly melted the ice of distrust between freight forwarders.

The industry continued to scrutinize this “slow brand” with a complex gaze, and critics mocked it as a “commercial nursery rhyme.”


For 17 years, JCtrans grew weakly yet resiliently.

In 2021, during the global supply chain crisis, the JCtrans brand reached a major turning point.


Jacy Qiu, a post-90s new-generation industrial internet entrepreneur — formerly a management trainee at JD.com and head of R&D for JD's 3C technology products — brought his accumulated experience in industrial digitalization and deep insight into international logistics pain points into the field.


With great passion, he founded JCtrans and, with unique strategic vision, acquired the JCtrans brand.


This acquisition marked the beginning of a new era of “platform-empowered growth” for the international logistics industry.


Jacy Qiu, equipped with a deeply rooted methodology in the internet sector, a strong understanding of digital platform concepts,


and a profound grasp of global supply chain collaboration, led his team to build an international logistics ecosystem from a platform perspective — digitally empowering freight forwarder growth.
